Hi, friends! Boy, am I happy you follow this little page and I’m so grateful for the support! 💖 I’ve just got two things for you today:

1. Don’t forget that Hoppy Yoga is back at White River Brewing Company! Find me there the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month at noon (next one is THIS SUNDAY!); $15 gets you mat space and a beer or kombucha. All levels welcome!

2. Over the next few months, as the purchase of Essential becomes final, I’ll be working hard to balance my ”day job” 💙, the Studio 💜, and my individual teaching 💛. I’ll share my teaching schedule regularly here but would also love to join you for private sessions or yoga parties. Just reach out with any ideas!!

If you’re in need of a little refresher after your heavy holiday meal, join me tomorrow morning at 6a at Essential Yoga Studio! My little group of regulars, for whom I am eternally grateful, and I have dubbed the last Friday of each month Restorative Rise and Shine!
