Thankfulness doesn't just happen on Thanksgiving. On this day after, as we reflect on all for which we're grateful, The Committee for Career Development wants everyone to know how incredibly thankful we are for this community's support for the CTC/JVS.
We are thrilled to announce the final results of our efforts:

[No Votes]: 25,804
With a margin of 56.5%, we’ve secured an important victory for Clark County! 🎉
A huge thank you to every single individual who voted, volunteered, and spread the word. Your dedication made this possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 💙 This win is not just about today—it’s about investing in our future and making a difference together.
Special thanks to the groups that endorsed us for the November ballot: The Clark County Democratic Party, Clark County Farm Bureau, The Clark County Republican Party Central and Executive Committee, The Greater Springfield Partnership, OH Realtors Political Action Fund, Springfield City Commission. And to the MANY businesses behind this initiative!

As we begin the week of Thanksgiving, we thought it only appropriate to extend our gratitude throughout this week.

Today.
Today is the last chance to guarantee the state gives Clark County nearly $39 Million to co-fund the CTC/JVS.
Today is the last chance to ensure that MORE students will have access to the tools, training, and opportunities they need to succeed in high-demand careers.
Today is the last chance to provide the next generation, and those to come, with updated, safer, more secure, and healthier space for career technical education in Clark County.
It's 1.4 Mills - or $49 on a $100,000 appraised property - to grow a 5-star school.
Today's vote is and THAT is a return on our investment!

CTC/JVS alumni and current students work in every industry in this community. This community deserves a career technical center that can continue to provide quality career technical education for another 60 years. CTC/JVS is that place.
