Sharing my story has helped many people who I know and some who I have just met for the first time through social media! So I will continue to share and give encouragement to be healthy and happy with where you are today, because in a year from now, if you take the right action steps, you always have the choice to be healthier and stronger or not. Every choice you make can help you improve or keep you where you are. The decision is yours! But you never have to do this alone, and you ALWAYS have the option to be part of a supportive community with me!
You never know what someone else might be going through. If you have nothing to give, share a smile. Your light in this world can make all of the difference. Don’t let anger or fear take over your circumstances. Allow joy and happiness to find you today. You are stronger than any circumstance that comes your way!
I am SO excited to team up with a group of 20 women next month! We are going to take on the battle of what life throws at us. Stick to a workout plan that will match your personal fitness level now. Eat better together. And rock our health because we can! We are so much stronger together! I have 10 spots left! Who’s ready to take it on with us?!

There are still some days when I don’t “feel” like showing up. Those days when I just want to be lazy all day. But then I quickly remind myself how not showing up for myself will begin that trickle effect of not showing up for the ones I love too. And THAT I know does NOT feel good.

So tomorrow I will wake early. Stick to my routine. And feel amazing after my workout is done! Even through that early alarm clock I will remind myself of why I want my mind and my body to be strong. I will give this one life I have everything I’ve got. Because as we know...it always goes by too quick.
