We are aware changes to State of Illinois employees insurance through Health Alliance will be changing with the companies closure.

We accept:
Healthlink $40 co-pay (best option)
Cigna (high deductible, $50/tx till deductible met)
We are currently working on enrolling in the BCBS HMO plan. We hope to be enrolled so this gives another option

Please contact us by phone with questions. We are happy to help explain how we help if your
coverage or insurance changes. Keeping treatment affordable has always and will remain a priority here.
