Throughout 2025, we’ve been spotlighting the eight values that make up the heart of our culture. As we close out the year, we finish with one of the most important: Humility.

Humility is the value that makes all the others possible. None of us have all the answers, and we’re better for it. We recognize our own limitations and lean on each other’s strengths. That’s why we actively seek feedback, welcome challenges, and listen to new perspectives. Humility keeps us growing, both as individuals and as a team.

This month, we were honored to receive 10 thoughtful nominations from across the team for individuals who consistently live out this value in their everyday work. The voting resulted in a tie for first place, highlighting just how strongly humility shows up across our organization.

We’re excited to celebrate Michael Trask and Anastasia Chizhik as our Humility Core Value winners. Both exemplify what it means to lead with openness, curiosity, and respect—quietly lifting others up and helping our team grow stronger together.

As we approach the end of the year, we’re continuing our spotlight on the eight values that guide our work at Classy Llama. Month by month, these spotlights remind us what makes our culture unique—and the teammates who make it possible.

This month, our focus is on Innovation.

We love process, but we never let it make us complacent. Innovation means we’re always asking, “What’s next? What’s better?” We’re willing to experiment, think differently, and find creative solutions—because staying ahead for our clients means never settling for “the way it’s always been done.”

This month, Jonathan Hodges was recognized as the teammate who best exemplifies Innovation.

In Jonathan's words: "I personally love innovation because of the way that it can make people's lives better. There is so much space for innovation just behind the edge of what's possible that allows for tremendous value creation in people's lives, and if you can get people to see even a little bit of that, it can sometimes spark a fire that encourages life long learning. I love to learn, and I love to take that learning and use it to create novel things no one has ever made before that really impact people. I remember the first time I created programs that people actually used and that helped people, and that was tremendously rewarding and fulfilling, and I love to share that with other people."
