🌸 Everything soup / stew 🌸
One of a kind incredibly delicious homemade delight made from all the leftovers that I chopped up from a huge dinner party at hunting camp, along with all the leftover pantry good & what whatever else I found in the fridge .. just add broth ❤️

homemade soppresatta
chicken cutlets
chicken parmigiana
pasta meat sauce / mini meatballs
plain meatballs & sausage
spinach raviolis with butter sauce
spinach balls with cannelloni beans
fried ricotta balls with peas
peas / onions & wild mushrooms
sautéed wild mushrooms in a white wine sauce
corn with a creamy pesto
corn / peas butter

after dinner this all gets chopped up and turned into everything soup ❤️🤍💙
Crab Rangoon’s… chop up some crab meat add and some cream cheese & chopped up scallions …. mix well …  take one egg and add a little water to brush the edges of your wonton wrapper… Add a teaspoon of filling to the middle and follow the video on how to assemble… Deep fry till golden brown and of course, make a wonderful dipping sauce ,.. 🍷

Chocolate chip scones i made last night …. in the fridge is a ready to bake cran raisin / orange zest scone batter … picture to follow after i bake them btw they were awesome ❤️
recipe chocolate chip
yield 8 scones
9 oz all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 stick (cold) unsalted butter shredded or chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup (cold) half & half
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
combine & mix the dry ingredients in a bowl …
add in the butter and hand mix… try to keep the butter coated by flour as you mix to keep it from getting soft.. add the wet ingredients and mix till fully blended … if it seems wet add a sprinkle of flour…fold in the chocolate chips … put the batter on saran wrap making a square 1 inch thick and wrap it tight … refrigerate to cool batter down … place parchment paper on a baking sheet and cut into 8 pieces & place / arrange on paper … preheat oven to 350 degrees (low fan) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes (you can keep the better in the fridge overnight if desired and bake in the am)

homemade potato gnocchi in a simple butter sauce 💚🤍❤️ recipee below
boil russet or idaho potatoes skin on until soft / done
while still warm peel skin then send through a potato ricer or use the largest holes on a hand grater
drizzle scrambled egg over potatoes and mix in using a bench scraper
add salt and pepper
sprinkle on flour and mix in slowly dont over work it keep sprinkling and mixing / kneeling it till it seems dry to the touch and forms a smooth dough
you can always add a little more flour as needed so it’s not sticky (also depends on how much water the potato sucked in)
cut log into pieces and on a floured surface ROLL out each one into a long tube 3/4 inch wide
cut into 3/4 long pieces
then use a floured fork to roll the pieces leaving the fork marks or if you have a gnocchi board even better .. remember to Roll them…
you can also just use your finger and roll it backwards to make an indent / impression
place separated and lightly floured on parchment paper
boil water add salt and add gnocchi .. they will instantly sink … when they all float give it a extra minutes … cut one to make sure it’s fully cooked through
screen out and add cover with a sauce
you can also sauté the in melted butter with a slight amount of gnocchi water .. finish fresh basil / black pepper and a little grated cheese
be creative with your sauce anything goes but keep it simple
you can also add a little ricotta if you want to make them a little creamier
gnocchi
1 lb potatoes
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
salt & pepper to taste
