Caring Health Center’s Wellness Center is offering an upcoming Diabetes Self-Management workshop in Spanish. This 6-week series teaches techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes, fatigue, pain, hyper/hypoglycemia, stress, and emotional problems such as depression, anger, fear and frustration. It also includes symptom management activities like exercise, relaxation, communication, healthy eating, and medication management. This class is for diabetics and for family/friends of diabetics.
