I cannot express enough, the wonderful implementation of the IDCM case managers at our site. From the minute they arrived at the FRC, the fit was perfect! They teamed up with staff and management to create and implement the best of resources and care for the hurricane victims. They have been and continue to be so instrumental in the success that the staff and management have with helping families gain a successful outcome of their dire needs. I can’t imagine how we could have survived without the IDCM’s, especially ours here at the Springfield FRC! They are wonderful!!!
