We are looking to add to our team. We are currently looking for service technicians and installers. We offer an excellent benefit package that includes health insurance and retirement. This round of hiring we are looking for service techs & installers with a minimum of two years of experience in the HVAC field. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience with installs. Someone with at least five years experience in service.

List of things we are looking for.
-Must be self-motivated.
-Have good problem-solving skills.
-A team player.
-Someone who does not think they are doing me a favor by working for me. I sign the checks!
-Someone not afraid to work overtime.
-Clean overall appearance.
-Be man enough to admit when they make a mistake and own it.
-Must have some of your own tools.
-If you are a sickly person and have a habit of calling in on Mondays don’t waste my time.
-If you talk too much don’t waste my time.
-If you are just plain stupid do not waste my time.
