I was so happy with my facelift, rhinoplasty, and facial fat graft results from NANA in 2024 that when they asked if I’d like to collaborate, it was an immediate yes.

After my first facial fat graft, they recommended that I not to lose weight if I wanted to maintain my graft. So naturally, I said “totally won’t,” then wound up losing ten pounds.

But fat grafts are fat cells, so they fluctuate with your weight. And because I lost weight, I lost a bit of my graft as well.

After some thinking I decided to get another facial fat graft and an endoscopic brow lift to help open up my hooded eyes.

I’ll be sharing my recovery and results because I think it’s important to show what the healing journey actually looks like, not just the perfect before and after photos. I know cosmetic work can feel really mysterious from the outside, so I want to be as honest as I can about the process, the swelling, the awkward stages, and the final results.
