***Hiring Maintenance personnel $18-$25/hour***

We are currently in the process of hiring another maintenance technician at Springfield Development Company! If you or someone you know has experience in property maintenance and would like to join our team please message us your resume!

About this job:

*Full time position (40 hours/week; no weekends)
*Starting pay $18/hour up to $25 if HVAC licensed
*Must have basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, etc. (HVAC is a plus!)
*Must have basic problem solving skills
*Must be a team player who is willing to listen & learn from our current maintenance team
*Workday is 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F
*Paid weekly via direct deposit
*40 hours sick pay after first year
*40 hours vacation pay after first year
*80 hours vacation pay starting year 3
*Paid holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas Day
*Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
