The Iceman Series

Anyone looking for their running gloves? These were left at one of the Iceman Events this year. Available for pickup at my office. Comment if they are yours.

A number of runners asked me this year if I was still running, and in my mind it seems just a few years ago that I stopped doing races. Surprisingly it was almost 8 years ago in the 2018 Abe's Amble 10K that I ran in a local race (age 65).

My last Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon was in 2015 and my last half marathon as a 2:20 PACER was in 2012 (I paced for 3 years in a row at that pace with Susan Helm).

My future is in race production and race timing until mother nature says otherwise. I do have a lot of fun doing it!

Routes for Iceman 4 - Hard to tell which one to use. Temp forecast moved to 2 to 4 degrees at the start however it might be snowing. I'm going to set cones up for both options. It might end up being runner's choice. If you choose the 2.5K route it will be 2 loops for a 5K and 4 for a 10K. And if you can't handle the cold for very long you can do one 2.5K for points. Or...show up and be a supporter!
