Field Service is a vital part of HOLLOWAY, and the progress being made in this area is a team effort. Over the last several months, there has been a shift in morale, energy, and confidence across the department. Rhett and Charles have both played an important role in that momentum, helping build structure, support technicians, and strengthen the foundation for the future of Field Service.

𝗥𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗸𝗲𝘆
Rhett Silkey spent several years serving HOLLOWAY as a contractor in Field Service before taking the leap to join the team full time as a Project Manager. His years in the field have given him firsthand knowledge of the work, the challenges, and the people he now helps lead. That experience has made him a steady and trusted voice as the department continues to grow.

Rhett has stepped into this season with humility, focus, and a willingness to learn. Field Service can move quickly and bring unexpected challenges, but Rhett has remained calm under pressure, looked for solutions, and helped the team continue moving in the right direction. That steadiness reflects TRUST, while his desire to grow and help build something stronger reflects true COMMITMENT.

Rhett is also a builder within Field Service. He leads without ego, stepping in wherever needed, and helps keep the technicians focused on working as a team. Rhett, thank you for your steady leadership, your selfless attitude, and the role you are playing in building a stronger future for Field Service.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹
Charles Manuel has been a long-standing member of the Field Service team, bringing nearly five years of experience with HOLLOWAY into his role as Project Manager. Having spent so much time out in the field himself, Charles understands the pace, pressure, and problem-solving required of the technicians he now supports.

Charles has helped bring focus, follow-through, and confidence to a fast-moving area of the business. In recent months, Field Service has seen major shifts in workload. Through those changes, Charles stayed solution-minded and helped support the team with consistency and control.

Charles reflects SERVICE through the way he supports technicians, sales, customers, and teammates. He is eager to learn, quick to take ownership, and willing to do what is needed to help the team succeed. His teachability reflects QUALITY and COMMITMENT, and his steady presence has helped strengthen morale across Field Service. Charles, thank you for your dedication, your leadership, and the care you bring to your team.
