This adorable little girl arrived at Animal Control as a stray, unsure of what her future would hold.

Thankfully, a kind-hearted woman stepped up to foster Noelle. As the months passed and they spent more time together, it became clear that their friendship was forever.

Today Noelle officially became a part of this wonderful family!

We know she's going to have the best life.
