Trust us when we say adoptable Dolly is about to make your “just browsing” turn into “where’s the adoption application?!” 😍
At approximately 6 months old and just 25-ish pounds, this petite cutie hasn’t had much of a growth spurt lately, so we’re not convinced she’s going to get much bigger. Tiny but mighty? We think so! 💪
As for her breed? Your guess is as good as ours! We have a sneaking suspicion there’s some cattle dog in the mix (have you seen those adorable spots?!), but unless someone wants to spring for a DNA test, we’ll all just keep making our best educated guesses over here.
Like any young pup, Dolly is still perfecting the basics. She’s working hard on her house training, crate training, and leash walking in her southern foster home. But what she may lack in life experience, she more than makes up for with enough charm and cuteness to melt even the coldest hearts. Give her a little time, a little patience, and a pocket full of treats, and she’ll have those puppy skills down in no time. 👏
Dolly would do well in a puppy-friendly home with or without kids 10+. Other pups at home? She said yes, please! Cats, however, are a hard pass according to Miss Dolly.
If your home has room for one more spotted sidekick, this sweet girl is ready to clock in starting on Friday, July 17. Don’t miss your chance to welcome Dolly home, apply to adopt her today right on our website: browndogcoalition.com/adoption 💻

We know what you’re thinking...”Who in their right mind adopts TWO dogs at once?” 🤔
Counterpoint: who wouldn’t want twice the tail wags, twice the couch cuddles, and twice the reason to buy the giant bag of treats?
That’s exactly what you’ll get when you adopted Odie and Indy. 🧡
These suspected sisters were found as strays, rescued by a kindhearted Good Samaritan, and have been soaking up the good life in their southern foster home ever since. While they’ve come a long way, they still look to each other for comfort, which is why we’re crossing every finger and paw that they can stay together. 🤞
Are we willing to separate them if absolutely necessary? Yes.
Do we really, really hope we don’t have to? Also yes.
They’re approximately 5-6 years old, each weighing in around 55-60 pounds. Our vet’s professional opinion? They could stand to lose a few pounds—but they’ll always be delightfully doodle-sized!
Here’s the catch: they’re scheduled to head north NEXT WEEK, and we need to line up a place for them to land beginning Friday, July 17. 🚐
Imagine being the family that gets to say, “Yep...we adopted sisters.” 👯♀️
Honestly? That’s a pretty great story.
If you’ve been thinking about adding a dog to your family, maybe the universe is telling you to double it. 😉
