What better way to celebrate than a night at the ballpark? 🎓⚾
Last week, the inaugural cohort of GEARS, a custom manufacturing leadership program, celebrated the completion of an incredible six-month journey with a graduation celebration at a Springfield Cardinals game.
This program wouldn’t be possible without the vision and partnership of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the dedication of the employers and Manufacturing Leadership Council who invested in these emerging leaders, and the commitment of each participant who showed up ready to learn and grow throughout the program.
A special thank you to Arvest Bank for sponsoring the GEARS Graduation celebration and helping us recognize this milestone.
Congratulations, GEARS Cohort 1! We’re excited to see the impact you’ll continue to make on manufacturing leadership in the Ozarks.
