Meet Littleton & Rue: Assistant William “Bill” Carter has been a valued member of the Littleton & Rue family since 2018. Bill is a proud Springfield, Ohio native, where he continues to reside with his wife, Carol. He is a member of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church and previously retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, bringing a strong background of service and dedication to his role with our team.
