PROFESSIONAL, the Northwest’s leading Collection and Recovery Agency and Early-Out Vendor, has been helping businesses and institutions with their receivables and collections efforts since 1933. Our focus on excellent client services in each market we serve is allowing us to continue to grow.

This full-time position is located onsite in our beautiful office in Springfield, OR. Ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and phone proficiency (inbound/outbound calls). The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment attention to detail, and high level of accuracy with data entry. Act as point of contact for communications between clients, consumers and Professional Client Tools resources. Assist consumers resolve accounts appropriately, via phone and live chat, and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess the aforementioned abilities and have a passion for customer service and helping others.
