Cold Zone

Safety is the first item on all meeting agendas at each of the Erlen Group companies. In this picture you get a glimpse of Erlen leadership gathered at the weekly Thursday huddle where we discuss relevant issues in each business. These huddles always kick-off with Jason Anderson, our esteemed Safety Ninja Master (and veteran Dad joker), providing detailed safety insights and updates. From reports by our own divisional boots on the ground to relevant market or competitor data points and reports, Jason leads our teams to ever greater understanding and engagement in our safety culture.

In this week’s edition, Jason’s report out was exceptional. Not only did he announce 2024’s Safety Social Competition he also gave a shout out to Cold Zone for helping keep some of our valued contractors safe by ensuring they had Hi-Viz while working on an improvement project in one of our Freezers. Always excited when we hear stories about keeping our safety culture intact for our team, for our contractors, and our visitors.
