🥒 WW Cucumber Sandwiches
Servings: 4
WW Points: ~1–2 points per serving (check app for accuracy)

Ingredients:
1 large English cucumber, sliced into rounds

4 tbsp light cream cheese or Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges

1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chopped chives, smoked salmon, or turkey slices (adjust points)

Instructions:
Mix cream cheese with dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread about ½ tsp of the mixture on a cucumber slice.

Top with another cucumber slice to make a sandwich.

Repeat until all are assembled.

Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Orange creamsicle protein shake! Threw some ice cubes into the Vitamix along with a Premier Protein vanilla shake (2sp) & a packet of Crush. Topped it with some light cool whip (1sp) & the whole family enjoyed this dessert tonight!

Zippy Zero Point Brownies ! 0 point 😍 very delicious ❤️👌I love this quick & easy recipe and it’s a treat for Beginners....

Recipe for Zippy Zero Point Brownies:

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, applesauce, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Add granulated sweetener and mix until well combined.
4. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and smooth top.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
