For the past 2 and a half years we have had the pleasure of working with Chef Nevin Taylor. When he came to us, we were so excited to welcome him to our Copper Fox family and that’s exactly what he became, family. Our kitchen crew and front of house staff looked up to him and welcomed him right in. Needless to say he fit right in quickly and added such a fun, happy and calm presence in the kitchen. Between all the hours Nevin put in with us, he also runs the Bliss Farm with his partner Beth and son Sonny, hosting Farm dinners and renovating their house. Thank you SO MUCH for all of your hard work, patience and dedication here at The Copper Fox. We are all really going to miss that smile and laugh. Good luck in your next chapter at Meditrina in Chester, VT. We so look forward to seeing what you create in the kitchen and cannot wait to come visit you there.
