Our Story
The Health Services (HS) supports the mission of the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) by providing cost effective, comprehensive, accessible, professional health care to the campus community.
Important! In order to avoid a $35 late processing fee & hold placed on student account, immunization records must be submitted by your 1st semester. If your 1st semester is Fall or Spring, you must submit them by the 10th day of classes. If your 1st semester is Summer, you must submit them by the 5th day of classes.

Students with the UIS Student Insurance (United Health Care) can call an after-hours/weekend nurse at 1-877-643-5130 with any medical questions or concerns.
