A quick heads up for the holiday weekend 🇺🇸

Metro will be closed Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day so our team can spend time with family and friends.

As we enjoy the long weekend, we also pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. ❤️

We’ll reopen Tuesday, May 26th with regular business hours and be ready to get back to making it a Metro night. 🍽️✨

🥩 London Ribeye — a summer special featuring a 12oz ribeye tenderloin, cast iron seared and topped with sautéed shrimp, compound butter with fresh herbs and roasted garlic. Served with smoked gouda mash because subtlety clearly wasn’t the goal here.

And the sound of that sizzling plate hitting the table? That alone should get you excited.

🍝 Paulina Pasta — Spanish chorizo, shrimp, and tortellini tossed in a plum tomato & roasted red pepper romesco. Finished with torched burrata, a grilled half lobster tail, and a smoked lemon squeeze.
