We are very excited to introduce our next new Board Member of 2026, Afshan Syed! Afshan has dedicated her personal and professional life to education, service, and the betterment of Springfield, and we are happy to be receiving her wealth of knowledge and experience on our Board.

We’re thankful to Think Tank, Inc. for allowing us, Park National Bank, and Hi-Hat Social to partner in bringing the powerful At the Table event to our community. Leadership from throughout the city and county participated in this valuable initiative, sitting alongside dynamic individuals who shared their raw lived experiences in ways that sparked meaningful conversation, deeper understanding, and new perspectives.
