The Springfield community will host a series of health and wellness related activities. Activities take place at various locations. Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki, Nutrition/Meals, Horse Therapy, Money Matters, Music, Swimming and More. Everything is free so it's also a great chance to try something that's new to you.

NCNE TREE PULL - December 2nd, 11am-2pm at CHRISTMAS TREES AT BISHOP FARM

The Newfoundland Club of New England is once again having a Christmas Tree Pull! Fun for everyone. Kids and adults alike love seeing the Newfoundland dogs and the dogs have a great time too!

LOCATION: Rt 143 East (Skitchewaug Trail) then onto Park Farm Rd, Springfield, VT

DIRECTIONS: From Interstate 91 in Vermont: Take exit 7 to merge onto Route-5 South/VT-11; Follow VT-11 West for 3.5 miles; Turn right at Bridge St and go 0.4 mile; Bear right to stay on Bridge St and go 0.1 mile; Turn right onto Route 143/Summer St and go 0.9 mile; Turn right onto Park Farm Rd and continue until you see the red Christmas tree shed.

Main Street Pedestrian Improvements Pop-Up!

The Town, Gurney Brothers, Local Motion, and Springfield on the Move are installing a temporary, landscaped "pop-up" this week on Main Street between Valley Street & Summer Street. This will give us (and you!) the opportunity to review & fine-tune the changes anticipated when the actual project begins in several weeks. The pop-up will come down on Friday, August 3rd.
