Congratulations to our Team Member of the Month, Mike Samson!

Mike has been part of the Watson team for almost a year after making the move from Idaho. If you ask him about living in Missouri, he'll tell you the humidity is no joke!

Mike leads our maintenance team and has been a certified Journeyman Electrician for more than 22 years. His knowledge, work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever he's needed make him a great leader and teammate.

We’re excited to celebrate Kendall, a valued member of our EHS team, who joined Team Amprod in 2023!

Since joining the team, Kendall has enjoyed working alongside great people, learning about our products and processes, and watching skilled teammates transform sheet metal into quality products. He especially values Integrity, believing it’s the foundation of a strong safety culture built on honest communication, accountability, and better decision-making.
