There’s more snow on the way this weekend 😭 hoping it doesn’t interfere with classes, but if it does we will notify you via email at least 4 hours prior to session start time if it will be cancelled and we will also post here!

There’s 2 spots left in her Pole Handstands Workshop at 11:30am, open to level 2+!

Come learn various entrances into pole handstands & balances incorporating some unique shapes and a few splits. Students will receive ample spotting and modifications when needed.

There’s also room in her special Spotting Clinic at 2:30pm too – open to pole coaches & students looking to learn how to safely spot other humans on the pole.
