Terry Dean

Hi! I thought I would take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Terry Dean and I have personally been in the housing industry for over 50 years in Southwest Missouri. But before that, you could find me walking around job sites and helping my dad, even as young a 3 years old picking up scraps. To say that I live and breathe houses would be an understatement. 😂 After learning so much about housing, I was drafted into the Vietnam War. Upon returning, I quickly jumped back into the building industry. I spent many years building houses, developing neighborhoods and even hotels for a short time. I decided to use my building knowledge to help clients find their dream homes and I became a licensed real estate broker in 1979-80. This is where I found my true passion, I loved helping people find exactly what they were looking for. Having all of my building experience helps buyers ensure they are getting into a quality and well thought out, functional home. My experience also helps sellers showcase their house.
