Description:

The position is in charge of all design projects within the company and its affiliates. The projects include small ads in publications and digital formats. Design projects are conceptualized and created by this position, as well as edits to already established projects. You MUST be proficient in the following design programs:

- All Adobe Creative Cloud based programs including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Must be proficient with a Mac and have a good understanding of workflows and tech.

In this position you are in-charge of all print production for FSL and its affiliates. This role requires you to print brochures, trifolds, fliers, business cards, and more, package and ship them based on orders.

You're responsible for all digital marketing, data analytics, and monthly reports. This includes paid advertisement campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tidio and others). Compiling a monthly report on data and conversions for the VP of Marketing and Owners.

You need to be able to handle small projects for the various communities under the FSL umbrella, as well as large projects. This position needs to be able to handle multiple projects (large & small) day-to-day and week-to-week. Being able to troubleshoot problems with tech and being up to date on marketing trends is a must!

This position needs to be familiar with floor plans and editing them for small project use. You need to be able to work effectively on your own and need to be able to set job-related goals as well as collaborate with team members.
