Spend Quality Time every day with your spouse ... 5 - 10 minutes of focused uninterrupted time together. Make sure you are not discussing "other people" and sharing "business" items of your day but truly sharing your heart with each other. ❤️
- share your Highs and Lows of your day
- share an appreciation for your spouse
- listen attentively
- hold hands or touch in some way during this quality time
