Congratulations to Ambyr Crawford, AIEC's Safety and Training Coordinator, on earning the 20-credit milestone through NRECA's Supervisor and Manager Development Program! The program helps cooperative professionals strengthen leadership, communication and management skills to better serve their teams and members. Adams Electric Cooperative is seeking an experienced and motivated Energy Services Advisor to join our team in Camp Point, Illinois.

The Energy Services Advisor will support member engagement, energy efficiency initiatives, and cooperative programs while delivering exceptional member service and community outreach. Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or at least four years of experience in customer service, utility services, energy programs, marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills are required. Social media and marketing experience preferred. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $59,000 to $88,800 based on qualifications, skills, and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
