Boxing Footwork Drills
5 rounds, each drill is 1 minute and rest 30 seconds between each drill.
1. Ladder Two-In-Two-Out
2. Cone Box Drills
3. Ladder Scissors
4. Cone Su***de Touches (forward sprints)
5. Ladder Single-Leg Hops (alternate)
6. Cha-Cha
Heavy Bag Workout (kicks)
Cardio Workout
Perform the following circuit for 5 rounds. Each exercise is 1 minute with 30 seconds between each exercise. Use bodyweight or light dumbbells where noted.
1. Butt Kicks (in place)
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Cross-Body Mountain Climbers
4. Inchworms (bodyweight)
5. Arm Circles (forward/backward, add light DBs)
6. Knee Tucks
