Teaching Priest
As a "teaching priest" I aim to honor God's call upon my life to share, exhort, inspire, develop, and aid you in your spiritual formation. BE blessed! :-)
Your internal language is shaping your future.
The words you repeat internally become beliefs.
Beliefs become patterns.
Patterns become outcomes.
That’s why self-talk matters.
Not in a shallow “positive thinking” way—
But in a structural way.
Your brain listens to you.
And it organizes itself based on what you say consistently.
So if your internal voice is critical, limiting, or fearful—
Your life will reflect that.
Change your internal language.
And you change your internal structure.
Stop telling yourself you just need to read one more book.
You don’t need more information.
You need more integration.
Let’s be honest. You already know exactly what you need to do.
But knowledge without embodiment? That just creates anxiety.
Because living in the gap between knowing and doing is exhausting.
Integration doesn’t happen in your head. It happens in your hands.
Through repetition.
Practice.
Application. AND
Consistency.
That’s how truth actually moves from your head to your life.
Transformation isn’t about learning more.
It’s about becoming what you already know.
So stop telling yourself...
Renewing your mind is not passive.
It’s warfare.
Every thought you agree with is shaping your reality.
That’s not just spiritual—that’s neurological.
Your brain strengthens what you repeat.
So when negative thoughts go unchallenged, they become pathways.
Automatic.
Familiar.
Dominant.
That’s why Scripture says to “take every thought captive.”
Because thoughts aren’t neutral.
They’re directional.
They’re either moving you toward truth—or away from it.
Renewal requires interruption.
You don’t just notice a thought.
You confront it.
You replace it.
You rehearse truth until it becomes your default.
That’s how transformation happens.
Not randomly.
Intentionally.
