It was nine years ago that I started to build a bakery. First it was on a bike, and then with Sonya on Bridge St. It’s been a great ride. I am so glad so many people in and around Springfield discovered us. This past year has been a great one for the bakery. But it was also challenging personally for us. We are taking time off this winter to recover, repair and reassess. Details to follow. Please come by this week if you can. We’d love to see you.
