Mike Reddy came to Eugene in 2004, after working all over the Willamette Valley as an insurance agent for various carriers. Initially, he shared an office with his best friend, Don Dickman, an attorney, on Willamette Street. Mike then moved the office to Garfield street, where his son Tom Reddy, an agent, and Carol Ipsen, as the office manager. Agent Kaye Johns joined the firm in 2006 and they quickly grew out of the space.

In 2007, The Insurance Place moved to its current location on 8th and A Street in downtown Springfield Oregon. We have a total of 11 employees now. We specialize in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans, and prescription drug plans. We also help clients with the Affordable Care Act major medical policies via referral basis. We also represent life insurance, short term medical, critical illness, hospital indemnity and long term care insurance. We have over 100 years of experience and training between all our agents here.
