This song comes from real life. Every time I came home from prison, the same traps were waiting. People say they want to see you win… but will hand you the very things that sent you there.

I remember getting out in 2011, and somebody tried to hand me a pack to sell. I looked at him and said:
“You’re not my friend… you’re trying to send me back to prison.”

I’m a Church Boy Soldier.
I’m not going back.
