A 'worm' moon will rise Sunday evening. By some definitions, it's a 'super worm moon.' The name likely refers to the earthworms that appear in the soil as the weather gets warmer, inviting hungry birds to feed on them.

Innerlight’s Story
Innerlight Yoga & Wellness LLC is now a nomadic business: offering on-site Yoga Teacher Trainings endorsed by Yoga Alliance (200hr, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, and Aerial Yoga Intensives), Group and private sessions, Holistic Bodywork sessions (Reiki, Therapeutic, Deep-Tissue, and Thai Massage available by appointment).
Innerlight is owned and directed by Jen Ater, MA, E-RYT500, YACEP. Jen has been a Yoga Teacher, Certified Holistic Massage Practitioner, and Wellness Educator for 14 years. She has taught over 7,000 hours of Yoga classes and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Yoga Studies and Yoga Therapy from Antioch University.
