New Do: one great way to boost your spirit! I recently ran into an old friend that I went to beauty school with. Unfortunately, it was one of those situations where we both found ourselves at a Celebration of Life. One of the benefits, however, is that it helps you realize that life is short and it’s important to spend time with the people you love. We decided that we simply must get together soon! I’d been thinking about going lighter with my hair for a while…and my hairdresser is taking some time off for health reasons. After prayer, I decided it was probably providential that I ran into my friend. I had honestly been meaning to reach out to her lately. So, I reached out to my beautiful friend and set up an appointment. I’m sure glad I did! We caught up, we reminisced about the good old beauty school days, and laughed and laughed. But one of the sweetest parts is, I think of her every time I look in the mirror with my new do… It’s been touched by her special brand of creativity and it’s fun… Just like her. Thanks, Michelle.
