First Congregational UCC Springfield

Join us after worship on July 19 for our Summer Brunch, then stay around to help us make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for Springfield’s blessing boxes and micro-pantries! We’ve committed to making at least 100 sandwiches and already have supplies for 200+, so everyone is welcome to jump in and help—whether you’d like to make sandwiches, distribute them, or both. Come share a meal, serve our community, and make a difference together!

What fills our minds shapes our lives, and Jesus calls us to love Him with all our minds—not just our hearts. Join us tomorrow as we explore what it means to think differently, guard our thoughts, and let God’s truth transform the way we live. We’d love to worship with you and grow together!

Today we dropped off 116 pounds of cat and dog kibble, 60 cans of cat food, 24 cans of dog food, 125 pounds of cat litter, and bags of treats! Thank you to everyone who donated! Thanks to our friends and neighbors at Sangamon County Animal Control and Animal Protective League for all you do to help people be able to keep their pets and for working so hard to find homes for our strays and lost pets.
