Our Story
There’s no greater feeling than to put your thoughts on paper and have someone else enjoy reading those words. Over one hundred writers are encouraged, get ideas, and support from one another. Springfield Writers' Guild was founded in 1943 to inspire local writers in their craft. Both men and women of all ages writing in multiple genres come together to rub shoulders and motivate one another each month. Visitors are welcome to attend.
