Hiring at all locations. We have 3 locations in Illinois: Springfield, Peoria, Moline. We are also in Wisconsin and Indiana. We have a unique approach to helping you in any direction you are interested in going. We have agency programs that make you the owner with ownership in your agency. We also have programs for producers who may love to sell, but do not like the day to day operations of an agency owner. We help you move at a pace that is best suitable for you as well. Part-time and Full-time accepted.

Role Description

We are looking to hire anywhere in Illinois and Wisconsin and Indiana

We are an Insurance brokerage offering over 200+ carriers to write business through. Who are we looking for? YOU! We can train anyone. But you must have the desire to succeed. If you are currently an agent looking for a change or less responsibilities or maybe you actually want more and want to be the owner of your very own company. Or maybe you are currently working for the wrong company? Or maybe you don't know anything about insurance just like me when I started? We have a plan for everyone if you are willing to put in the work. Experience is always great, but maybe you don't realize your own potential and have never thought about selling insurance before?

AGENCY OWNER: You are the owner of the agency. This comes with ALL the responsibilities of owning your very own agency. Which you will have ownership in. You will have over 60+ Home and Auto Carriers, 93 Life insurance carriers and over 100+ Commercial carriers. Commission structure is as simple as an 80/20 split for new and renewal business. You get 80%. Only requirement is you must have a brick and mortar location. We will even help provide CSR's to help you grow even faster.

Producer Role: In the producer role we do have several commission options. Primarily you will work directly with our agency. You will still have access to all the carriers we have to offer. Also, have the freedom to work remotely anywhere in Illinois or Wisconsin.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must get P&C licensed- We pay
Brick and Mortar with Agency Ownership (Not Producers)

Below is recommended to be successful but not required:

Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
Strong Communication skills
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using insurance software and other related tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (Not Required)
Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are a plus
