‼️This is a reason we suggest power washing your asphalt before sealing. No matter how much we power broom, wire brush, & leaf blow. You can’t get 20 years of dirt and stains up‼️
Sealer will adhere and cure to this 20-30 year old asphalt so well now. We’re not here to upcharge you, we’re here to take care of you!

‼️Here at Griff’s we expose your cracks. The reason we do this is so we can completely clean the the dirt and debris so grass can’t grow back even through crack fill. Then we load those cracks up with hot rubber crack fill‼️
