We are beyond excited to share that Lindsay has officially been promoted to General Manager!! From the very beginning, Lindsay has poured so much heart, positivity, and dedication into everything she does. She’s the kind of leader who shows up for her team, supports her residents, and always goes the extra mile to make Bear Village feel like home 💙
Her passion, work ethic, and genuine care for this community do not go unnoticed, and this promotion is so incredibly well deserved. Watching her grow into this role has been so special, and we know she’s going to continue to do amazing things leading our team!
