New Update: Important Information regarding BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) aka Corporate Transparency Act as of December 4,2024.

A Court in Texas has placed a temporary injunction NATIONWIDE on the December 31, 2024 filing for BOI reports.

There is no certainty on if this will stick and what that will mean for the deadline of the BOI report requirement. This currently means that businesses that were required to file, are not required to file right now BUT reality is that this could be appealed/over turned at some point.

What does this mean for you and your business? Well, you can either wait and see what is going to happen, you can be prepared to file if it gets appealed or you can go ahead and file since the information they are requesting is simple basic information about you and your business.

I would definitely recommend staying updated on this issue especially if you are choosing to wait and see.

We are hiring! I am looking for a bookkeeper/office manager. This position will be responsible for managing the front of the office duties as well as working on several data entry and payroll clients every week. This position has growth opportunities if the applicant wants that option. Office is open M- Th 8:30 - 5:00 and Fridays in office season closes at noon. Tax season Friday 8:30 - 5 and Saturday 8:30 - noon. Can be flexible on full time verse part time options. Pay range is starting $15 - $17 per hour depending on experience. Ready for a great year this year. We failed in several ways last year by both things we control and things we don't. Either way I am excited for the adjusts being made based on the lessons we learned last year. We hired another front desk person who is starting next week. Caroline needed to leave in order to be with family through some medical things. She is missed and we love her but are excited for the new employee to come on and rock it out. We also hired some more data entry help so we can get things out faster this year. We love our clients and are so excited to grow with them this year!!!!! Let's make 2023 a great year.
