Every Voice Matters: Celebrating the Project SEARCH Class of 2026 07/08/2026

Every voice has a story. Every story has the power to inspire.

As we celebrate Disability Pride Month, we're reflecting on one of our favorite moments of the year: celebrating the Project SEARCH Class of 2026. Their graduation wasn't just about completing a program—it was about confidence, growth, perseverance, friendship, and the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.

Our newest blog, *Every Voice Matters: Celebrating the Project SEARCH Class of 2026*, shares the stories, laughter, and memorable moments that made this celebration so special. You'll also hear how the graduates found their voices and why programs like Project SEARCH help open doors to meaningful employment and greater independence.

Take a few minutes to read the full story and celebrate these remarkable graduates with us.

At neba, our work starts with a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to work, contribute, and belong in their community.

Through individualized employment support, skills development, and community connections, we help people explore their strengths and build pathways toward meaningful work and greater independence.

During Disability Pride Month, we’re reminded that inclusion isn’t just about awareness—it’s about opportunity. When people have the right support, they succeed in workplaces, build confidence, and become valued members of their communities.

Because the world works better with us.

This year’s theme, “The World Works Better With Us,” reminds us that stronger communities are built when everyone has opportunities to participate, contribute, and belong.

At neba, we believe inclusion strengthens workplaces, communities, and lives.
