It really bothers me when someone says they’re going to do something and then doesn’t follow through, especially when I have to keep chasing them for it. Whether the task is small or big, follow-through matters. If something changes, gets forgotten, or takes longer than expected, clear and consistent communication makes all the difference.

Took care of the dusting today with an old sock. Wash and repeat. Swiffer dusters, I’m sorry, but you’re a bit overrated!
