This week we finished our series - The Parables of Jesus! The Bible is the Word of God. It is full of wisdom and truth. The Bible is full of stories that help us to learn about who God is. Jesus told stories called parables. These were simple stories with deep meaning - and you might miss the meaning if you are not really listening and paying attention! Jesus knew he could teach us lessons by using these stories and making them memorable. Today we talked about the Parable of the Lost Son. This story show us how loving and forgiving our Father God is. Even when we sin or walk away, God forgives us and welcomes us back to Him. He loves us!
