This week is our holiday open house! We would like to share the opportunity for anyone that would like to be involved with PTO and supporting our events. We’re excited to bring back our holiday open house next week! Stop in for a sweet treat, fun craft, and photo with Santa on Thursday December 4th. The 5:30-6 timeframe will be for our students who prefer a more sensory friendly environment.
Doors will open to all at 6! $4 at the door for all participating students and $20 cap for larger families (no charge to parents or other adults). Your student must be accompanied by an adult during the event.

Today is the day for our TRUNK OR TREAT! There will be some changes from last years event. You may enter from the Montego entrance or the Middle Urbana entrance. If you enter Montego you can park in front of the school. The front drop off lane will be closed for our hayride. If you enter middle Urbana you can park and walk from the old HS parking lot. There will be a road closure around the outside of the playground and side of building. We are limiting the entrance to one location to better assist in the flow of our event. Please see the map below. Reminder: if your child will be joining us during the sensory friendly time frame, you will need the invite from your teacher, a screen shot of that invite is also acceptable. If your child has not received this special invite and you feel they would benefit from this, please send us a message. Trunk or Treat will be open to all at 6:00pm until 7:30.

A LOT of TRUNK OR TREAT info to share! Please read all the info below. We are so excited to share all the fall fun that awaits!

Trunk or treat will be Thursday, October 16th from 6-7:30. A special time that will sensory friendly for our students will be at 5:30. This will be VIP ticket access only and shared with the teachers for those students. If this does not apply to you, you will not be given access until the 6pm time. We appreciate your understanding.

This event is FREE but we rely heavily on donations and support from our Cougar family! If you know a business or individual that would like to donate towards our candy funds, please share this. GOLD sponsors ($100 or more) will get a sign (including family name or business logo) that will be on display at the school during drop off/pick up and again during our event.

If you’d like to donate bags of candy, our favorite candy eating monster, REESE, will be back in the elementary side entrance. BUT BEWARE…he looks even more hungry than he did last year😉
