Look out for your crew—on the job and off.

We know how to spot a shorted wire, a cracked heat exchanger, or a system running out of spec— but what about when a teammate’s just not running right?

Here’s what to watch for:
- Showing up late or missing more work than usual
- Acting angry, quiet, or on edge
- Talking about drinking or using stuff more than normal
- Joking about feeling worthless or hopeless
- Keeping to themselves instead of hanging with the crew

You don’t need to be a shrink to check in. Sometimes all it takes is:
👉 “Hey, you seem off. You wanna talk?”
Here’s what you can do:
✅ Listen up, no judgment
✅ Tell them to call 988 or text 741741
