We had the pleasure of celebrating two of our wonderful driving associates!!

First is Mavis- she is truly an incredible lady!! Prime Inc. and Success Leasing feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to work alongside Mavis for 30 years!! Mavis is truly an inspiration not only at Prime but in the trucking industry. We are so excited to congratulate her on her retirement and thankful we could have been a part of Mavis' success!!

Second, we want to congratulate Brian Davis for completing his 3rd full lease with success!! We had shown incredible determination and strength in this industry.

Frankie just completed her second full 3-year lease! At our celebration dinner, we were inspired to learn that she also runs a non-profit supporting incarcerated individuals. Frankie, thank you for your dedication—both to our community and to making a difference in the world.

Howard just wrapped up his first 3-year lease! It was such a pleasure getting to know more about him, including the fact that he’s originally from Colombia.

We would like to introduce everyone to our Pittston, PA Leasing Associate, Mario!
Mario has been with Prime for 15 years, and has previously worked as the manager of the fuel bay, tractor shop foreman, and now for the last 5 years, he has been the Leasing Coordinator for PA. Mario has an exceptional white glove experience and truly has the knowledge to help our operators be successful.

Tammy Linder just wrapped up her first completed 3 year lease—her third lease overall with us! She's now taking some well-deserved time off to enjoy with her family. Thank you, Tammy, for your dedication and commitment!

Cat Harris also completed her first 3-year lease and is now hitting the road in her new Freightliner. Wishing her safe travels and many successful miles ahead!

Last night at Fire & Ice, we celebrated Robert Brown, a flatbed driver who just wrapped up his 3rd full lease! A proud military veteran, Robert is now retiring from the road. Thank you for your service — both in uniform and behind the wheel!

We also celebrated James Rayfield, a re**er driver, finishing his 2nd lease. He’s headed home to Florida to enjoy some well-deserved family time while waiting on his new truck.

Congrats, Robert and James — you’ve earned it!
